UPDATE: Who’s going to be at the 2026 Learning to be Missionary Disciples Conference

This 24-hour conference draws together senior national church leaders with the portfolio for mission and evangelism, from charities, unity movements and theological colleges. The conference particularly focuses on the theme of Re-orientation, Renewal and Reality of Discipleship asking how the challenge and gift of new Christians across a range of ages and traditions is prompting us to re-examine discipleship.

Our keynote speaker this year is Justin Brierley.

Justin is a freelance writer, speaker and broadcaster who has become known for creating dialogues between Christians and non-Christians. Justin is passionate about creating conversations around faith, science, theology and culture. Through creative use of podcast, radio, print, video and social media, he aims to showcase an intellectually compelling case for Christianity, while taking seriously the questions and objections of sceptics.
