The Rural Theology Association exists to resources the churches to engage with rural issues from a theological perspective and theological issues from a rural perspective. It can perhaps be best summed up as “Rural God Talk”.

With a history going back to the 1980s it has arranged and facilitated conferences. It produces a high quality Journal.

It is open to all, lay or ordained and is ecumenical in membership.
