Cardinal Nichols used the story of the Transfiguration to challenge all our churches to focus on Jesus ‘ the who’ we follow. The Cardinal said he will lead us to ‘the what’ – what we should be doing. He added “Without a sense of amazing expectation we end up with very narrow horizons and just thinking about the substance and fragility of things.”
