The CTE Forum provides a unique opportunity for members of the CTE family to learn, worship and build relationships together. It is the largest of our events, taking place once every three years.
Forum is a delegate conference, bringing together more than three hundred representatives of Churches Together in England’s national Member Churches, Intermediate Bodies and Charities and Networks in Association.
Forum 2025 will take place from teatime on Monday 17 March to lunchtime on Wednesday 19 March 2025 at The Hayes Conference Centre, Swanwick, Derbyshire, DE55 1AU.
Delegates will hear keynote addresses from senior Christian leaders, including a President of the World Council of Churches, Rev Dr Susan Durber and our CTE Presidents as well as have the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops. You will be able to connect with many of our Charities and Networks in Association in the Forum Marketplace. There’ll also be plenty of time to meet old friends and make some new ecumenical friends. We will also enjoy worshipping together.
The Forum 2025 theme
One but not the Same: Celebrating diversity – Living with difference.
Forum 2025 seeks to provide a space where we can be in unity while recognising and celebrating our differences as we learn from each other.
The event will open with worship followed by an address from Bishop Mike Royal, CTE General Secretary, who will set the scene for our time together. A draft programme will be available later in the summer.
