As part of our aim to develop younger leaders and inspire the next generation of ecumenists, Churches Together in England are determined that there will be a significant presence of young adults at the 2025 Forum. Member Churches, Intermediate Bodies and Charities and Networks in Association have been asked to include people aged between 18 and 35 in their delegations.
What’s on at Forum for Young Adults:
- Meet & Greet Dinner (see below)
- Hear young ecumenical voices alongside national Church Leaders on the main stage.
- Attend two dynamic workshops led by young ecumenical leaders.
- Participate in Young Adult Forum Worship on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 9am, led by Minister Shermara Fletcher-Hoyte and team of young adults.
Meet and Greet Dinner
Join Shermara Fletcher-Hoyte, CTE Principal Officer for Pentecostal, Charismatic and Multi Cultural Relations and others at Forum who are 35 and under.
This relaxed gathering is a fantastic opportunity to share a meal, connect, and meet other young adults from across the churches. Whether you’re attending for the first time or returning for another year, this is a space where real friendships can grow.
Date: Monday, 17th March 2025
Time: 6:00 PM
Venue: The Dining Room, The Hayes Conference Centre
Forum isn’t just a one-time meet-up, it’s about building lasting connections with people who share your faith and vision. You’ll meet like-minded or completely different individuals who might inspire, encourage, or even challenge you in new ways. There is no formal agenda just food, engaging chats, and the opportunity to connect with great company.
After the sessions at Forum, why not keep the conversations going at the bar? It’s the perfect chance to unwind and spend more time together.
We’re really looking forward to welcoming you, so come as you are, and let’s experience all that Forum has to offer!
