Together Locally is a handbook for local churches seeking to work together. Originally written in 1998 for Churches Together in England by Jenny Carpenter who was then the CTE Field Officer for the North and Midlands, the book was reprinted in 2002 and is still helpful. But look here for advice about constitutions.
Together Locally is available as a free pdf download and its contents page is reproduced here for information.
