The Group-Based Open Learning Discipleship Project (GOLD) exists to see ordinary believers in their local churches become confident in their faith, equipped to follow Jesus in every aspect of their lives. Their courses offer local churches a unique resource to equip people new to faith as well as those who have been Christians for many years. The courses enable people to:
- discover the treasure of the Bible;
- encounter God through personal study and group discussion;
- and be shaped by the message as they apply what they learn to their lives
The Operations Manager will be a voluntary or self-funded role for 1 day a week. The purpose of the role is:
- to oversee the day-to-day operations of the GOLD Project in close cooperation with the GOLD Project Director, Trustees and staff.
- to help build a team of staff and volunteers to strengthen ministry.
- to create and manage efficient systems to enable the growth of the GOLD Project.
