The Group-Based Open Learning Discipleship Project (GOLD) exists to help ordinary believers in their local churches become confident in their faith and equipped to follow Jesus in every aspect of their lives. Their courses offer local churches a unique resource to equip people new to faith as well as those who have been Christians for many years. The courses enable people to:

  • discover the treasure of the Bible;
  • encounter God through personal study and group discussion;
  • and be shaped by the message as they apply what they learn to their lives

The Church Partnership Enabler will be a voluntary or self-funded role for 1 day a week, considerably strengthening our ability to serve the UK Churches. The purpose of the role is:

  • to strengthen GOLD Project’s connections with churches and other organisations.
  • to help current GOLD Leaders build on their connections with local churches.
  • to engage with church leaders and articulate how our courses help churches equip people for discipleship and ministry in the local church.
  • to grow the use of GOLD Project courses in local and national churches for systematic, ongoing, biblical discipleship.
