We Will Repay conference – 14 October 2023

An event organised by the Racial Justice Advocacy Forum to share the latest on what's happening with British churches and reparations.

‘We Will Repay!’ Saturday 14 October, 1 to 6 pm

This half-day event will feature an array of theologians and thinkers from British churches and leading community groups who will explore reparations from a variety of perspectives – theological, economic, educational, environmental, restitutive and health.

It will aim to provide opportunities for attendees to find out how they can engage with the organisations and groups who are taking forward the reparations debate. There will be a networking dimension to the event, and attendees will be encouraged to actively participate in this process.

Attendees will come away with the spiritual and educational tools to not only better understand reparations, but also to equip them to have informed conversations on this topical, important matter.
