Lifewords for the Lifebringers

Lifewords Church and Supporter Engagement Lead, Elizabeth King, invites Christians from all traditions to become Lifebringers.

“Lifebringers is about being the kind of people who make space for others to encounter life through sharing the Bible. It’s about re-imagining how we equip, partner, and journey together to bring hope, meaning, and transformation – wherever we are.”
Rob Taylor, Lifewords Interim CEO

Lifewords, a CTE Charity and Network in Association, are opening the door to a growing movement of everyday Lifebringers sharing the Bible in real life. Whether you’re leading a small group, offering support and prayer, sharing the Bible in diverse contexts, or creating new expressions of church community, Lifebringers is a space to connect, share, and grow together.

Tim Yau, Rural Dean and Interim Associate Priest in the Parish of Sprowston, overseas the day to day running of two churches, and supports 18 other churches across the Norwich North Deanery. When we asked him what it means to be a Lifebringer, he said:

“Bringing life is often about being present. It’s about creating space where people feel seen, heard, and valued … It’s also about nurturing small, hopeful signs of the Kingdom — moments where grace is obvious and abundant. I think we bring life by walking alongside people, listening deeply, and trusting that God is already at work in the lives we’re invited to share.”

Lifebringers is a way of collaborating, resourcing, and sharing the Bible through real lives, real contexts, and a shared hope. Lifewords is about equipping you with printed and on-line resources, opportunities to collaborate, and a connection with a wider network of people who are bringing life through word and action.

Lifewords can equip you on your life-bringing journey:

Lifewords resources and projects are helping churches, chaplaincies and ministries across denominations and networks, in the UK and overseas, to bring life in their communities. Your church is already making a difference where you are – together, we can do even more.
