Belonging in Christ: Offering a hope-filled vision of peace for all – Weekly reflections on the themes of identity-based conflict, barriers to belonging and the resulting pressures on relationships. Our conversations have been empowering and hope-filled. We find support in the solidarity with people who share the same concern for wounded communities and encounter hope in the gift of our shared faith, central to which is Christ’s promise of peace. Journey through the Psalms – Discover how the ancient poets prayed, and how their writings connect with Good Friday and the empty tomb. The Psalms don’t tend to offer systematic theology. They speak in images. They don’t analyse but voice awe and wonder. They inspire worship of the God who goes beyond our understanding. They trace the journey from creation to God’s story with his people to the end of history. Sign up for the daily devotionals…

CAFOD

CAFOD offers daily prayers and reflections for the Lenten journey, alongside lots of Lent family prayer ideas. The daily emails start on Ash Wednesday and end on Easter Day. Sign up for the emails…

Draw Near for Lent 2026 graphic

The Church of England’s theme for Lent 2026 is Draw Near: Life-giving habits for Lent. This year’s resources have at their heart the theme of a ‘rhythm of life’ – habits and patterns which help us grow as disciples of Christ day by day, especially as we prepare to celebrate the great mystery of God’s saving love at Easter. Each week a different contributor explores a different aspect of Christian discipleship – worshipping together, praying, exploring the Bible, sharing communion, offering service and sharing the good news with others. Explore the resources…

Friends of the Holy Land

Each week Friends of the Holy Land will be sharing personal stories from our brothers and sisters in Christ and their individual special prayers. We invite you to walk alongside Christians living in the birthplace of our faith. Sign up to hear their stories and personal prayer requests, voices of courage, faith, and hope.

Guided by scripture and the poetry of Wendell Berry, we listen for the quiet song of creation and the Spirit’s call to renewal. The study meets Thursdays at 7:00 pm, starting 26th February, on Zoom. Lent is bigger than giving up chocolate. It’s about letting go of what weighs us down and being open to what lifts us up. The benefits last longer than 40 days – it’s a way of life, and we do it together. This year, we’re focusing on simple shifts: letting go of fear, control, scarcity, or appearances, and embracing spirit, abundance, dignity, and joy. Find out more about Lent as a spiritual reboot

Lent is traditionally a time for spiritual reflection and realignment, which often focuses on giving things up. 40acts, Stewardship’s generosity challenge for the season, flips that idea on its head to focus instead on giving things away. Over the 40 days from Wednesday 18 February to Thursday 2 April, followers will receive a daily email with a reflection, prayer prompt and challenge designed to bless people in creative ways with their money, time and talents. Sign up for 40Acts…
