Churches Together in England is determined that there will be a significant presence of young adults at the 2022 Forum. Churches will be asked to include people aged between 18 and 30 in their delegations and any spare places will be offered first to adults under 30.
Most Member Churches are entitled to send two delegates to Forum. In 2022 (14 to 16 March 2022), if they give one of their residential places to someone aged 18-30, they will be given an extra, non-residential or non-ensuite place, at Forum. (Any spare rooms at The Hayes will be offered very near Forum so it might be worth booking hotel rooms via a generic website which usually allows you to cancel without penalty very close to the time of your stay. One example is hotels.com though that is not a recommendation, simply an example.)
Intermediate Bodies and Bodies in Association will similarly be allowed extra places for adults under 30. In this way we hope to increase the numbers of young adults at Forum.
These extra places are subject to the maximum number of people the Derbyshire Hall can accommodate within fire safety regulations.
