BRF Ministries want to explore what the faith of Christians in the UK looks like, and what is helping people to grow. They have teamed up with experienced Christian researchers, Dr Ruth Perrin (Research Fellow at St John’s College, Durham University) and Joe Warton (researcher, author and discipleship specialist).
The first phase of the research is a survey. It gives people an opportunity to share:
- How they feel their relationship with God is going
- How they are engaging with church
- The spiritual practices/disciplines they’re using
- Any ways other Christians are helping them to grow
- How they are getting on living out and sharing their faith in the world.
Most of the questions involve selecting answers, so there’s very little writing required. It will take most people 10-15 minutes to complete. At the end there’s an opportunity for people to opt-in to take part in an interview with one of the researchers.

The survey will close in early October 2026. BRF Ministries will share the results from the survey and from the follow-up interviews in April 2027.
