Join us as we hear from mental health experts and pastoral leaders and explore together aspects of racial injustice and mental health. There will be keynote speakers, a panel discussion and the opportunity for Q & A.
Churches Together in England is running this event – on Tuesday 4 October from 7.30 to 9.30pm – in partnership with Kintsugi Hope and the One People Commission.
This event will explore:
- the connection between racial injustice and mental health
- the pastoral theology of mental health concerns
- the role of the church in tackling mental health issues linked to racial injustice
- how the church can be a place of welcome and well-being
The event will be hosted by CTE’s Principal Officer of Pentecostal, Charismatic and Multi-cultural Relations, Shermara Fletcher and the Director of the One People Commission, Rev Dr Israel Olofinjana.
