Photographs and/or video will be taken during the Forum.

By taking part in Forum you grant Churches Together in England full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes in accordance with the aims and objectives of CTE. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

If you do not wish to be photographed please ensure you have indicated this on your booking form. To edit the booking form, please log into Eventbrite. If you have changed your mind at the last minute, please write ‘no photos’ on both sides of your name badge when you receive it. We shall do our best to ensure that no pictures of you are published but as delegates will also be sharing photographs, we cannot guarantee that. If you see an unwanted picture of yourself on our website, please inform CTE Operations Manager Lorraine Shannon as soon as possible and she will remove it. Thank you.

Please be aware that it will not be possible to edit out individuals from videos, but as videos will mainly be taken of the activity on the top table, it is likely that most Forum participants will not appear on the videos.

Chris Dobson is the Forum 2022 photographer. See his work on Facebook.
