Bishop Dr Eric Brown – on being the CTE Pentecostal President
Bishop Dr Eric Brown from the New Testament Church of God, was elected from among the member churches of CTE in the Pentecostal tradition to be a President alongside the existing Presidents representing the Church of England, the Roman Catholic Church, the Free Churches, the Orthodox Churches and the new churches, the Religious Society of Friends, the Lutheran and the German-speaking churches.
Bishop Brown was installed at the National leaders meeting at Lambeth Palace on Monday 7 October 2013. Here he speaks about the election and what he hoped to bring to the new role. It is the first time CTE has had a President from the Pentecostal tradition.
